Reasonably priced hotel, caring staff, fast wi-fi. I stayed here before, always stylish and unique rooms. The beds were a little hard here, however it was a perfect stay all in all.
The bathroom I had was cold.

Brilliant pool, cute views, very responsive staff. The breakfast food was decent, different choices to eat like cheese, meats and slices of fresh bread. Overall the service was exceptional. Very positive stay in an attractive hotel.

Quiet, fairly clean place and great area. They made my stay fabulous. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. The bathroom was decent sized, with a jacuzzi.

Spectacular location, good value for price and amazingly kind staff, impeccable service. Plenty of options, gorgeous food. Well renovated and functional room, luxury bathroom. Elegant reception.

The staff was amazing and we liked continental breakfast. Incredible view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. Near the beach. An a la carte restaurant was terrific. Lounge bar and very clean pool.

Very pleasant building, surprisingly quiet location, very very kind staff. The rooms were adequate. The staff created a family atmosphere. Excellent service, comprehensive breakfast spread.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

a king size bed was a bonus. can recommend for everyone. the restaurant was located within 200 metres. 3-star hotel in playa del carmen.
